International Orders

We use the U.S. Postal Service Global Express Mail (5-7 Days) exclusively for all International shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday and on non-government observed holidays. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend will ship at the next earliest business day which is usually the following Monday.

Customs restrictions and warranty issues prevent us from shipping to every international location. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fee.  It is a flat rate shipping cost of $29.95 to all international addresses and the method used is USPS Global Express Mail (5-7 Days).

1. Shipping is a flat rate of $29.95. The delivery time varies between 5-7 business days depending on the shipping destination.

2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the import of our products. Generally speaking, we have never encountered problems with customs when shipping to most countries worldwide.

3. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned back to us, we will issue you a refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned back to us, we can not issue you a refund. Most orders held by customs is for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. If you are not sure, please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.

4. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a US bank.

We accept all card types. Credit cards or debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos on them as well as American Express and Discover.

If you are not 100% satisfied within 60 days, return any unopened bottle(s) and unused product, along with your order number for a refund on the unopened product only. (shipping not included) The refund policy does not cover the cost of shipping and handling but the unopened product only and the product(s) must be returned within 60 days of the initial order date. Any shipping costs which we initially covered will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not refund for the cost of shipping to our offices.

Note: Only 1 order / return per customer. We do not accept COD returns. A return order is credited back in the manner in which it was purchased (eg. same credit card, check, etc.).

We strongly recommend returning packages to us through certified mail with a tracking number. If we did not receive the product back and the customer can not prove that the product is returned, we will not issue a refund. Proof of delivery can be the delivery confirmation number or signature as required by the USPS.

Cancellations must be made before the order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, the order cannot be returned.  We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

All packages returned to us are issued a full refund unless the package was undeliverable due to customer's error. For example, wrong shipping address, or shipping address containing errors. If this is the case customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved.
